aabaco-shut-down-my-website-malware-infectionDid Aabaco shut down your website because you were hacked and infected with malware. Aabaco is not the only hosing provider that gets hacked. Unfortunately they all do. Most of the hacking comes from people not keeping their WordPress sites up to date. If they miss security updates then they will become vulnerable then get hacked most likely.

What should you do if you get your website hacked and shut down by Aabaco?

The first thing is that you need to remove the malware completely. They will not reinstate your account unless the malware has been removed. This is because they want to protect all of the other websites on the shared hosting.

We offer a malware removal service that can fix this for you – Click here to see our packages.

The next thing that needs to be done is contact Aabaco and have them reinstate your websites. Once that is done. You now should be able to login to your sites and replace all plugins and themes with fresh downloads from the source. Actually download them from Google not just the WordPress plugin menu.I would also reinstall the core WordPress files at a minimum. Also you want to remove any backdoors the hackers have put on your server that will allow them to regain access to your site. Many times these are hidden and made to look like important files.

If any of your websites are blacklisted by Google you need to login to your Google webmaster tools account and go to security and request that Google remove the malware warnings. They will ask you what you have done to fix this problem. Tell them you have hardened your site and removed the malware. If you are clean the malware warning will be removed if not you will get a message from Google telling you that you still have a problem.
