Most orders are completed within 24/48 hours. If you website has been blacklisted by Google or any other party we will submit it to the relevant party to have the blacklist removed. They can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days (Usually about 12-24 hours for Google). We will keep you updated throughout the entire process. The requested information will be used to maintain communications with you and to process your order. We need access to your server in order to remove the malware and secure your website. At no time with this information be shared or sold. We also request all of our clients to change their login information after the order has been completed.
For our monthly clients we will keep the necessary login information in order to do the weekly updates plus protect the website from malware. That only applies to our clients that are on the monthly malware protection package. Our premium malware removal clients we only use the information to remove the malware then it will not be saved.

This chat service identifies people by ip address and customers have the ability to leave their email address for us to contact them later.
